A lot of the people on them are older people who've made their money, right?

They're going off to very remote places where they're inaccessible

they don't go in twos, which apparently would be a good idea.

It's one ship on its own going off to a remote place with a doctor on board who, there has been a suggestion, might not exactly be in the Premier League of Doctors if you're the doctor on a cruise ship.

No shade on this current doctor, but just a general point.
