So instead of a bus on Bates 4 coming every 25 minutes, it's coming every 15 minutes, just like the service standard or the other major routes.
And so I wasn't trying to say that it's only ridership.
We need to look at where we have issues with routes.
Some routes are very difficult from an on-time performance standpoint.
South Tryon is one of them.
And it's because of two things.
One, it's a very long route.
It starts uptown.
It goes all the way out to almost to the lake.
Not Lake Norman, but out to the other lake anyway.
And it goes through...
south end where there's all kinds of construction and so it's an impacted that's a hard route for otp but we look at how we make those improvements to that route specific to the route thank you for that the transparency that i would like to see is when we're presenting this when this information is being presented to council but also when it is presented to community is a clear
The operator immediately called the police.
They were responding to that and that's the exact protocol that they needed to follow.
That operator did exactly what they were supposed to do.
The bus never moved.
Two people boarded the bus.
They were in a verbal altercation.
The operator called the police and that bus never moved.
And the police arrived and those two people had left.
