There's all these different little variables that people don't realize too that you do.
Especially the better you look, A, I feel like the more self-conscious you are, which is funny because you want to look like you're like top physical peak.
Like even right now, I came in and you're like, oh man, you're so jacked.
Like, oh, but look at this.
You're sitting where I worked out in the pump.

That's amazing.
You want to look like that 24-7.
But again, when you're in really good shape, the smallest little water, salt, carbohydrate manipulations can like make a vast difference, which is so crazy.
