It's sort of regional elitism, but in a casual way, you know, if there's any such thing.
And I think at Geelong, you know, we achieved the most as a group.
We changed the culture, which was at one stage...
really focused and determined to individualise with the ablets, the couches, the bare stoves, and people wanting to build statues of individuals, et cetera, et cetera.
We changed that, I think, to the club becoming very team driven, particularly with Mark Thompson in those years.
And so I think, you know, culture can be changed.
And we did that over time at Geelong, admittedly about 20 years there.
And so you would want to make a few
otherwise you're not doing your job.
And who have I missed out?
Carlton.
Oh, Carlton.
Carlton were, you know, I love Carlton, but they were so challenging as well.
I found the supporters to be really passionate.
And whilst, you know, I did love that, there was sort of extremes.
There was extreme passion in a positive nature and there was an extreme passion of a negative nature, you know, where at times some of the supporters, the minority, a minority, would boo the players off the ground.
Which, you know, which is not on really.
And so trying to manage that, trying to manage passion is not easy.
But we all have to do it in football administration.
Even in the boardroom, you know, we have to manage passion and we have strategies to do that.
