It just doesn't.
They knew what they were signing up for in that moment.
Every one of them.
Every single one of them.
Yeah.
It probably took us longer than it should have because you had the combination of the Great Recession, all this, that all hit at the same time, right?
So that probably slowed the progress some.
But you get past that 10-year mark, you learn a lot of lessons in those first 10 years, and you put a lot of foundational systems in place in that first decade that you really can grow and expand on, right?
And that's where probably...
15 years in is when we really started to see not quite the hockey stick, but you definitely start seeing a continuous trend in the right direction.
And you have more margin and flexibility to be able to do things that you didn't be able to do before.
Let's take the sales process, right?
Whatever you're building for, build it for three steps down the road.
Build it the capacity for that.
Like our sales process is incredibly well-defined and I've got 10 people on our sales team.
The sales process and systems and everything we have supporting that, I could have 100 of them.
That was one of the lessons we did learn.
In the latter half of that decade, you start learning, okay, I'm kind of getting tired of continuously butting up against limits that we've self-imposed, whether it's technology limits or systemic limits or even people.
Let's just plan a couple steps ahead.
Let's plan for what it could look like.
