But as soon as you get into the chess game, two or three moves, what ends up happening is the number of possible moves goes up exponentially, goes from 20 to 200, from 200 to 2,000, from 2,000 to 20,000, from 20,000 to 200,000.
Meaning that all the possible sequences, this is why a computer can beat a human being because they can take into consideration all of those possible moves and the effects of them two or three moves in advance.
We can't as human beings.
So trying to systematize sales like pickup, like a script, goes away real quick.
Why?
Because no one gives the prospect, the customer, a script.
They react the way they react.
And human beings are very different.
Yes, there's commonalities.
Yes, there's most likelies.
And yes, it's worth building out role plays and scripts and sequences.
They're utilitarian.
They're helpful.
They're a tool.
They're an assistance.
They're not a sure thing.
They're good for practice, and I encourage you to practice it.
And of course, everybody's like, well, can you map it out?
And this is why I use a map to money, because you can map out stages, and you can map out prevention, and you can map out statements, questions, and responses, and preventions of things.
To a certain extent.
