and then he can be really judged after he's had his pre-season, brings in his own players, his own team, and then you see if he's challenging Celtic.

Yeah, and some players may be going out to play at Celtic and Rangers, massive clubs, with a view of going back to their own club and trying to get sold to the English Premier League or the English Championship because down there, they'll make more money.

going to be the top press at the football club but when Rangers they'll utilise their squad they'll bring in quick wingers Charmitty's extremely quick they will be the ones that do the pressing and Shanklin will be in that pocket to go and play link the game and let Charmitty play higher up the pitch but also Shanklin will get in that six yard box where he comes alive and scores goals What are the other areas of concern for you Billy?

Me personally I don't think that's a problem area for Rangers I think Butland's probably one of the best or maybe the best goalkeeper in Scotland at the moment

Rangers biggest issue is centre-halves and full-back the two centre-halves that finished the season finished strongly at times but the full-backs obviously Tavs away Young Magoma was on loan Romans he was a top left-back so Rangers will need a few full-backs to come in potentially maybe a centre-half I think if they get the right balance the right back four in front of Jack Butler then Rangers will be really solid because I think Jack Butler is a top top goalkeeper
