And I think that's a good thing to have.
So anyone that has kids that's listening to this podcast, I would advise considering bringing your children with you to these events.
Um, because it's it's planting seeds, like you're you're they're seeing things that they wouldn't be exposed to otherwise, and you never know what kind of seeds that's going to plant going forward.
But, anyways, the 100-mile event, as I mentioned, it's a loop.
So 2.5 mile loop.
So I stole a trick to try and get through this hundred miles that I took from Marcus Smith, who's been on this podcast twice.
And Marcus was on, I think he's been on the podcast three times now, actually.
Marcus was talking about the 30 Marathons in 30 Days, where he ran 30 marathons in 30 days in Dubai.
And the way that he got through that.
Was he didn't focus on 30 marathons in 30 days.
He focused on running one marathon 30 times.
And that's literally what I thought about with the 2.5 mile loop.
I'm like, I'm not running 2.5 miles for 100 miles.
I'm running 2.5 miles 40 times.
And that made it a lot easier to chunk down and break down.
And then I broke it down into 25 miles.
So I'm like, okay, I just need to focus on running 2.5 miles, 10
Times and then I would do that four times.
And I just kept running through it in my head.
And one of the things I speak about, I speak about in my new book, Rewire Your Mindset, but I speak about it as a whole as a whole section at my Rewire Your Mindset seminar about when you set goals and chunking them down and breaking them down, that the biggest goal can be broken down into the smallest component part.
