You know, I spoke about on the podcast from the Arctic that every time I would feel this searing pain through my Achilles up my spine, I would just have to focus my thought elsewhere because what you focus on is what expands.

And every time my mind

mind would go, fuck this.

At mile 85 or 86, I would just flip it and go, right, you come on, focus on this next two point five miles.

Focus on this next loop.

Focus on this next step.

And you just keep doing that over and over and over and over again.

And

That's what happened.

I ended up finishing it in tenth or eleventh, I'm not even sure.

And twenty-six and a half mile uh twenty-six and a half hours.
