Um, and I might do an Iron Man triathlon triathlon in between um if it just

my schedule allows me to do it.

So again, coming back to the last question, I always have the next goal in mind before I sign up to anything.

And then when I come back from the Himalayas, it's gonna be setting up for Kilimanjaro.

So I'm bringing a gang up Kilimanjaro with Earth's Edge on in February 2021.

So for those of you who signed up to that, I'm really looking forward to that too.

So that'll be the next thing.

And then before I go up Kilimanjaro, I'll have the next thing set.

And again, that's one of the ways that I stay motivated and gives me something to train for.

For and I've mentioned this countless times on the podcast, and as a final call to action on today's podcast, is if you don't have a goal, set a goal.

Like as someone that's been training nearly 18 years, training seriously for the last 11 years, I still have to set goals or else I won't train.

You know, I also won't diet properly because it's too difficult.

Difficult.

Like it's too easy to go through the motions in the gym.

It's too easy to just eat what you want unless you're working towards a goal.

So if you don't have a goal that you're working towards right now, set one.

You know, to look great at an event, to run a 5k, to do a triathlon, to fit into a certain dress that you want, to fit into a pair of jeans that you want, to get set yourself up for, you know, to look amazing at Wellfest or the GoI Races or some event.

In Dublin or the UK or London or Sydney or wherever you're listening to this, set a goal for yourself because if you're not working towards a goal, it's very difficult to stay motivated full stop.
