I was like, if I was clean.

On the floor in a gym and I had my membership paid and I had a roof over my head and I could eat my food, I would be so happy.

She was like, Go do that.

She's like, You're not a tree.

If you don't like where you are, you can move.

And then that's kind of what set up the journey.

And then, like, honestly, Eric, it exploded more than I ever thought.

In the early days, I just wanted enough as a one-to-one personal trainer in a gym that I could pay my rent or then more now mortgage.

I would be able to eat.

I would be able to have

Have a little bit of free time and it wouldn't be overly stressful.

That and I felt like I was in a job I was passionate about.

And then a decade and a half later, you know, you look back and you I've written four best selling books.

I've written six in total, nearly a million over a million copies sold at the time of recording.

Built multiple businesses, a consultancy, a fitness business, won multiple awards, built up a podcast.

That was all stuff that kind of just evolved.

None of that was set.
