I crowdsourced that book.

And what I mean by crowdsourced was I used organic Facebook in 2016.

To write chapters of that book to see what was landing and connecting with people.

And the stuff that was getting the most likes, comments, and shares, I was taking back and rewriting and made the final edit into the book.

Oh, interesting.

There are two sections in that book, one that never made it, one that did.

I had a whole section on insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance that I thought this is a must-have.

Must-have in a fitness book.

I was like, you need to know this.

What?

What's going on, etc., etc.

I put it up on social, there was crickets.

I was like, all right, okay, well, that's that's interesting.

I then, about two weeks later, put up a post on anxiety.

My history with anxiety, the amount of internal combativeness that would happen.

And I remember posting it on Facebook going, Nobody's going to care what a fitness person has to say about mental health, about anxiety.

This is quite early in the the the training.

And it exploded.

It was my most viral post that year.

It got thousands of shares, tens of thousands of likes.
