And then I went on an ayahuasca retreat, so a plant medicine retreat, very, very powerful and potent plant medicine.

And I've done several journeys with the medicine

I've documented this on my main podcast as well.

And some of my most downward episodes because it's it's not to promote this in any shape or form.

Some people will get tremendous benefit, other people should avoid it at all costs.

But my most recent experience was in November of last year.

And I was over, did three nights of ayahuasca with the shaman from Bolivia and a lot of different things came up for me.

But as I was coming back from the plane back to Ireland, as if a bolt of lightning just hit my brain.

It just went poof and s and the whole framework went into my head.

And it was scale.

I was like, Oh my God, I've got it.

I've got it.

So I like took out my phone and like writing down like a storytelling, core offer, amplify, leverage, evolve.

And then I'm writing all the notes and stuff that go with it.

And that went on for about an hour.

And then I came home.

And this has never happened in any of the previous five books.

I came home and went into a sixteen hour flow state of just writing.
