This was literally two days after the last ayahuasca ceremony.

And I sat at my laptop and I just went

For like 16 hours and the whole book just came flowing out of me.

I already had kind of the stories and the ideas I wanted to do, and the whole thing just flew out.

And so it was a very interesting process, whatever you want to get into and and and take away from that.

But and again, it it feels like it's a a bit of a promotion for ayahuasca.

It definitely isn't.

Just you know, I've I've had some pretty rough experiences with that too, but it was and it came.

But to tie it back.

Back to AI, one of the things that I always struggled with with my book writing, and I hated the tedious nature of it.

I was doing a master's when I was a teacher to do pedagogy, and I hated the referencing and bibliography and all that shit that takes so much time.

I took the whole book and put it into the AI, into Claude at the end, and was like, give me all the references and give me all the bibliography for everything that I've talked about in this.

And it just spat back all the books, all the studies, everything I had and

That that would normally take me a month or two just to do, partly because I'd be procrastinating on it, but also 'cause it would take me a time to go back on.

So so AI straight away made that whole process even easier for book writing.

I also ran it through for basic things like grammar, et cetera, and then I sent it off to the normal proofreader and all the general process for books.

But it just small things like that are a huge advantage now that weren't available for

the previous five books that I wrote that just wasn't there.

That wasn't available.

So you were either outsourcing that or you were spending time doing it yourself.
