So if that workforce vanishes, you're going to have a farm family trying to move forward with an operation that's too big for a family to operate.

Part of the reason our farm is the size it is because we just always kind of stayed family operated, right?

But a farm that's gotten a little bit bigger than that, that they need a couple, two, three employees, suddenly that goes away.

They're going to have a

Well, you're going to have scarcity.

You're going to have because in some cases, produce is going to rot or milk is going to spoil that stuff that does get through the supply chain.

You have a chance of it being more expensive because it is more scarce and or it is being produced with more expensive labor.

Right.

Those farms that do figure out a solution, maybe they get neighbors to come help them.

Maybe they pull it off themselves, but they might have to hire other people who they're going to have to pay really big.

kind of wild wages to get people to want to do that work because it was people that weren't in that workforce.

And so if they can pull it off, there's going to be higher built in what my dad would call input costs.

And so you're going to have scarcity and you're going to have higher prices if we don't have a solution to this workforce issue.

And to your point, it's milk, it's strawberries, all fruits, it's vegetables.

It's really a really wide spectrum.

Oh, yeah.

I mean, that, you know, I mean, you know, almonds, cashews, I mean, everything from your staples to kind of potatoes.

Yeah, absolutely.

All that kind of stuff.
