So so yeah, no none of the blue, none of the ultraviolet.

And it was this huge relaxation to my nervous system.

Um and also there's some interesting research into sauna improving sleep as well.

You've talked about sauna does improve sleep and and red light.

Yeah, so so it worked for me.

And I continued to use it and I was just really blown away.

I it was not just like a clearing of my acne and some other things.

It was a big shift in my cognition.

Like I realized I had some brain fog and it cleared up and I was sharp and I was like just focused and and really mood, the qualitative mood.

Like I felt more myself, I felt more positive.

And that was the start of it.
