It's not native.
Oh.
So oranges, Florida oranges are not native to Florida.
Just all these interesting... That's interesting.
They do have all the very interesting flora and fauna, you know, that's native.
But, yeah, I never would have imagined that I would be where I am now.
But now that I'm close to the beach...
There's something magical about not just sunlight and warm weather, but actually being on the beach early.
So our ancestors knew this.
They would watch the sun rise.
And you can actually stare straight into the sun right when it rises.
And there's this whole thing with sun gazing.
And, you know, conventional people would be like, no, you're going to kill yourself.
You're going to hurt your eyes.
But you can actually stress your eyes out and they will be able to withstand more and more sun gazing.
It's called... Like people can work up to like 45 minutes in the morning with a gazing, like non-blinking almost.
So...
Anyway, the impact on my daily rhythm of doing an early morning walk with Copper to the beach, even if it's quick.
But if it's not quick, we'll go there and I'll do like 15 minutes of breath work.
And the best thing is 15 minutes of breath work with Copper.
