Having that rhythm is so healing and centering, and there's so much that it does to me on so many levels.
I know electromagnetically inside, the redox potential is really improved with the grounding that you get at the beach especially, and the interaction of the sun.
Then if you can combine the ocean with that, there's something magically electromagnetically polarizing to those combination of those three things.
I didn't used to be this tan all the time, but I will now forever be this tan all the time.
And yeah, it's like you moved down here too.

They get to be where they want to be.
