It's all so cleansing, you know, just to go out there and float.
Even now when it's cold, what's wonderful about it, in contrast to San Diego, no offense to the California folks, but the water is way warmer.
So even in the winter you can, like, jump in there for a little bit, even if it's cool and it's a little sunny.
And, yeah, it's just the most magical healing thing ever.
the days where I don't go out there not only is Copper complaining definitely but like I can feel you know it's a little different I still use my sauna a lot for sure but I don't quite use it like seven days a week you know one or two times a day like I was in Missouri because of the sun and you know it makes sense we're there's nothing better than the sun

some some tough times where it will it will rain and then freeze and and then snow and so you have this weird combination and a little more gray i grew up in montana where a very it's very cold in the winter but it's always sunny yeah it's like almost never clouds there's never very very rare there's a cloudy day so i didn't understand what a gray winter was but yeah they unfortunately it's not all that you know it's been uh recently warm there and i was just visiting there recently it was quite warm during the week but
