You know, after like half an hour or something, you'd want to tilt it away.
If you're using it for targeted therapy on the head or the body, you're using it for a limited period of time.
But for blue light cancellation and screen fatigue, you could just leave it on all day.
So it's just not like directly pointing at you, but it's in your area, in your office area.
So with the desk arm, it's clamped to the table or it can be on the table or it could be like behind you even, like pointing up.
That's the best night light.

Yeah, so... Yeah, and it has a shielded power cord too because you don't really want an unshielded lamp cord, ideally, next to your bedside, you know, wherever you're sleeping.

So, yeah, everything is EMF shielded in the whole panel and all the saunas.
Yeah, so the panels are all EMF, they're all magnetically and electrically shielded.
So sauna space is not bringing any EMFs into the party.
And all of the saunas come with the grounding mat standard.
So you get grounding therapy and earthing type therapy.
as well as it protects you from the wired electric fields from the home, for the most part.
Not perfectly, all of it, depending on how much electric field and the intensity in a particular home, but it does a pretty good job of that.
And that's basic on all the saunas.
