I think perhaps that's what people are attracted to in the whole independent media space.
I don't have to sit here and pretend that I don't have a perspective.
Look, I make my case for the kind of country that I wanna see.
I make my case for a country where people can live with dignity, can have healthcare in the wealthiest country in the world, can breathe the air and drink the water without fear of being contaminated.
This is just my case.
Barry Weiss has her own perspective.
I don't think it's especially virtuous.
I think that she has shown adherence to people who are bad actors.
But I think people are smart and they can make that determination for themselves.
They can see what it looks like when Barry Weiss cozies up to powerful interests or big moneyed interests and undermines the media so that she can get a certain perspective through.
People can tune into my channels or they don't have to.
If they don't agree with what I say, then they can watch something else.
And whether you're on the right or the left, that's completely okay.
I don't expect to be everybody's cup of tea.
What I'm not doing is buying up media properties subversively and ramming through a certain perspective that hues more closely to...
a certain political party that will stop at nothing to consolidate more power for themselves.
But again, look, we are fortunate enough to be in a space where we're dealing with a lot of high information viewers.
And so they can make that determination for themselves.
And I think the drop in CBS's viewership is a testament to that.
