I said, look at these two.

These two are stagnant.

And they're not growing, but they're not going in reverse.

And look at the bottom two.

They're going in reverse.

And I'm like, oh, I said, now, everybody who thinks they're in the bottom two, how would you like to have the top two production?

And they're like, everybody's like, yeah, I'd love to.

And I said, out of the eight indicators, there's only one indicator that matters.

And that's the only indicator that's between the top two and the bottom two.

You want to know what it is?

Marketing spend.

These guys were spending 8%, they were spending 6%, and they were spending 4%.

So the difference between 4% and 8% was the difference between losing money and growing.

6% was stagnant.

They all used the same marketing because it's a franchise, so it's all generic.

But I said, that's the only difference.

The only difference was your percentage of spend in marketing.

Very interesting.

And they were like, we had no idea.
