And then again, you pay taxes and do all these things.

People think you're getting a lot of money, but it's never as much as you think it is at the end of the day.

But that's just been my model.

Somebody comes along and by the way, the company we sold for 80, two years later was gone.

So we sold it at the right time.

Well, because we were doing canned spam and our primary market was subprime credit.

Congress came out and outlawed canned spam and they went after the subprime credit market and destroyed the company.

So it went from $150 million down to, I think they sold it for 10 at the end of the day.

If I'd held it two more years, we'd have got nothing.

So there's lessons in whether you take equity on the back end, you take earn out, you don't take earn out.

The two earn outs I took, one paid off and one didn't.

Of the three companies I sold, let's see, one is gone, and two are much bigger today.

But neither one of them have gone public yet.

They're 20 years later and they're still struggling along trying to get it off the ground.

And as I said before, I'm a builder, not a manager.

So once it gets into management phase and somebody offers us money, I'm going to take it.

I'm going to give you a huge one.

Huge, huge, huge, huge, huge.
