At the end of that year, we said, yep, we did $13 million and $100,000 in profit.

We're ready for our check.

And they said, no, you didn't.

And we're like, no, we didn't.

We did 13-3.

And they're like, no, you have 800,000 outstanding receivables that aren't collected.

So that doesn't count.

So we're not paying.

I never even dawned on me to think about how receivables were going to affect our bonus because I didn't know.

And they had taken over accounting.

It was being done up in Chicago.

So we didn't even see it.

We were running off of the back of the hand calculation and not paying attention.

If you're going to sell a company and you take a back end, you better be in charge of accounting.
