So the game is roll-ups.

That's what PE does.

And so what happens typically is you've got a successful company and you start getting calls.

So you might have a company like my friend here.

He does landscaping companies.

You might have a successful landscaping company and you're doing $3 million of profit.

$3 million of profits worth $30 million to private equity.

So you're doing $3 million of profit.

This private equity company has a platform and they look at you going, we want to add you to the platform.

So they call you unsolicited and suddenly you get a call from a PE firm saying, hey, we might pay you $30 million for your company.

And you go, oh my God, this is it.

This is where I'm going to get rich.

This is the whole deal.

This is why I started it.

My future is secure.

Private equity wants me.

And then you might get a call from a second company or a third company.

Because, you know, once somebody finds out that you're in play and it's, you know, all the PE guys come in, it's fear of missing out.

Yeah, they're like vultures.
