The only other piece I would add is from staff's perspective, this is generally why we oppose accounting orders because of this fact. podcast-host

But in this situation, we supported this one because there was an investigation opened by this commission into capacity issues. podcast-host

And our take from that discussion was Liberty was directed to move forward with constructing that plant with all due haste, which they complied with. podcast-host

So that's why we, given the unique circumstances, supported the accounting order. podcast-host

And we did evaluate its recovery in the Ray case and agree with what the company had proposed. podcast-host
