Um so through the course of negotiations that was kind of one of the big

lever points and getting the company to a a spot where they at least weren't

Going backwards from a a rate making perspective.

And I think we landed in a spot where we're comfortable.

It's uh the rate increase is relatively de minimis given the size of the initial request.

And and I think it'll kinda hold the company steady as opposed to taking that step back.

I don't I don't think we were very far off in terms of rate based adjustments or income statement adjustments.

It it really was the capital structure.

That and the ROE that were the two big drivers in terms of the revenue requirement.

I'm trying to tread carefully here 'cause those settlement agreements are subject to four oh eight, so we can't really get two in the weeds.
