But I I think the resistances come from people know how to do their jobs and they're trying to do it and trying to have people do their job in a different way.

So that's just in general gonna slow slow things down and people are gonna go back to doing what they're doing.

The narrative like the some of the CEO takes are just so cringy.
You know, and and I think that there this is there's a real fear in a lot of workplaces that you're being asked to figure out how to rem remove your job.
And people are kinda like, why would I why would I do that?
You know, I certainly s I don't I don't think we have that issue at Nextdoor because we're very much trying to activate the energy to use it to grow each other, our opportunity.
It's like how can someone do the work of more people versus how can we do something with less people?
That's that's been our vantage point with with AI.
Um and inside of of next door, um
You know, I've been I've been here for seven years and I'm very lucky that my team, you know, my direct reports, we've all worked together for like at least five years.
So we have the benefit of having been together through a lot.
Um to cover just call it kind of normal people team stuff.
But that also lets us work
in new areas because we're not trying to cover gaps or building it going through team building.
