Like we're we have a little bit of an advantage in in that regards.
Um but that I've tried to take advantage of that opportunity for all of us to really push us to try to figure this stuff out.
Really going back now a year.
So um internally next door I'm the the

We call it project neighbor, neighbor spelled N-A-I-B-O-R.
We love neighbors at next door and we fused it with AI.
And I'm working really closely with our IS and I IT teams uh and our engineering teams and we've really just tried to build the internal community around this.
And I think, you know, what you're getting at, Kelly, is
The early curve it there was an article in Hacker News that talked about this, is that engineers actually became less productive when they first started using AI, but then when they learn how to use it, they can become more productive.
But you hit this initial wall until people stop.
And I I thought that was a good example of what everybody really runs into because I definitely lost a lot of time a few months ago.
But now I feel like uh how we do things as a team, how I set up my day, how I try to use it, I can't imagine not having these tools available.
You know.
So I'll use a specific example of what I did at the beginning of the year that I think helped me help galvanize some of the learning.
So we one of the best practices you should do is just offer training.
You know, people don't know how to use it, so you should train them on AI and you can just download you can just use stuff from
OpenAI's website or LinkedIn Learning, like there's just stuff out there to get the basics going and you should push that and say, People, you should take training.
So um we don't have a a dedicated L and D team at next door, and I wanted to kind of create the training.
