Brandon came to me and told me that he was thinking about purchasing this piece of property known as Skinwalker Ranch.

And I had to go back in the Rolodex of my mind and be reminded as to exactly what Skinwalker Ranch was.

And knowing Brandon the way that I do, I mean, this is an individual that

Doesn't even own a pair of jeans.

You know, he's dressed in Armani suits and $300 shoes and all the time.

And my question to him was, so you want to buy 512 acres out in the middle of nowhere, a ranch for what?

And so he told me a little bit more about it and, you know, gave me a little bit more of the backstory on the ranch and the opportunity there.

And, you know, so I helped him a little bit with looking into the prospect of purchasing it and what, you know, some of the logistics and things like that were and,

And, and so, you know, I said, well, what is this for, for you?

And he said, I just want to see if, you know, any of this is real.

I mean, I think honestly, as, as kind of an agnostic to the whole topic, um, you know, I wasn't necessarily a disbeliever, but I had never had any sort of experiences.

So I said, well, yeah.

I guess it looks like a cool piece of property.

And, you know, if that's what you want to do with your money, who am I to say otherwise?

And so, um, you know, he purchased the ranch and then he knows that I have a background in, uh, the outdoors and weapons and, and, you know, and things of that nature.

I do not have a law enforcement background or a military background, but I do have, um, I have taken, uh,

personal and private security training and have done a little bit of work like that for him in the past in other venues.

And so he asked if I would come out and take a look and see what it would take to secure the place and what the logistics of something like that may look like.

And so in the beginning, it was just kind of that.

And we looked at the infrastructure that was left behind and it wasn't very good.
