He wants to get to the bottom of what's going on and in doing so, he isn't looking to just keep it in his pocket.
So, yeah, I knew very little.
There was a book.
I don't know when it was written.
In fact, Brandon probably was the one that gave it to me.
And it's called Haunted Utah that talks about interesting and strange places around, you know, within the state of Utah, whether it be paranormal, you know, supernatural type of things.
And so I read, you know, it really consisted of maybe one or two chapters or a single chapter within this book.
So I knew a little bit about it with that, but that was about it.
I have spent a lot of time in the Uinta basin, you know, on hunting and fishing trips and camping and spending time in the outdoors, which I enjoy.
And so, you know, you've heard stories of UFOs within the Uinta basin, but as far as the ranch itself, I didn't have a really strong, you know, back knowledge of it.
And so once Brandon purchased it, obviously I wanted to know more about what it was that we were dealing with or that allegedly we've been dealing with on this property or that they had been dealing with on this property.
So I picked up George Knapp and Colm Kelleher's book, The Hunt for the Skinwalker, and I read it and it was...
It was interesting and fantastic and had a lot of really amazing stories in it.
But again, as I mentioned earlier, I kind of was more of an agnostic when it came to the subject of UFOs and paranormal activity because I really hadn't experienced anything for myself in my life.
But again, I also...
you know, call it a religious background, whatever.
I always felt that we weren't alone in the universe and that there was more life out there than what we just knew as a human race.
And, you know, I'd seen, you know, various things on television and the internet and so on and so forth, those other people's experiences.
So with that, I think it helped me because I came into the ranch with an open mind.
