It's a sales pack.
You've got to remember it's a sales pack.
This prospectus is designed to convince people to invest in the IPO.
So that's the first thing, like lean on that and have a look at that, but take it with a grain of salt.
It's literally a document trying to sell the business.
So there'd be some information in there.
The other way is to compare it to similar companies that are already listed.
So it's like SpaceX at its core, they say they're three things, an AI company, a space company, and they have Starlink.
So it's like if you look at other AI companies in the space, how are they valued by the market versus what SpaceX is saying their valuation is going to be?
How are they valued against the other space companies in the market that are listed versus what they say they're going to be?
And you can then kind of get a sense, all right, SpaceX is saying we're a $2.5 trillion company, but all of its other competitors are trading at $1 trillion.
Wow, that's overpriced.
It's one of those things where you're not going to be able to do, there's no perfect science to it, but there are sort of some mechanisms to get a sense of whether or not it's overvalued or not.
I mean, with as much information as publicly available, yes, it is.
Does it create a product that everyone wants?
Well, with SpaceX, you were able to say they have long-term contracts with government, with NASA.
This information is released over time.
As the company thinks about going to IPO, they start releasing this information.
Is it profitable?
Does it have a moat?
