And I don't know, you know, we could point to a million things and I've read a million things online.

We've heard, we've had texts, all that kind of stuff.

I just, if you could tell me it was just one thing specifically that caused all the problems, whether it was coaching or goaltending, the defense core, maybe team defense, any of that type of thing.

I might have bought one or two of them, but it just seemed like it was a collective.

A couple of things.

One, the get-together with the leadership group was so important, right?

The thing that I liked out of all of the discussions that they seemed to have or what we've been hearing that they were having was the fact that he went back at them.

And I kind of like that because at times I felt maybe it was a little country club atmosphere with a hockey club.

I don't know if that's fair to say or not.

That's just my take on it.

And I think it's going to be a much different ball game with Mike Babcock at the helm.

But the fact that if it's true that he looked at the leaders on this hockey club and said, look, I'm going to need more from you as well, not just the other guys.

I can't worry about the bottom six.

I got to worry about make sure that the top six guys are going full speed ahead and maybe you're part of the problem.

i just think that it was a real awakening on the part of the leadership group and an awakening and hopefully an awakening on the part of mike babcock who's getting a great opportunity to step into a situation that he could he could probably take quite far here because we we know he's a capable coach some of the methodology might be a little questioned but i'm you know i'm at the situation where i don't control it so if if stan bowman figures this is the way to go and if the leadership group think this is the way to go

Then let's see what we got.
