We're in the very final steps of the football season for pros and college.

We have a national championship game coming up next week.

We're excited about that.

We've covered that, by the way, on our other podcast, The Tailgate Tailgate Show.

And we had a lot of fun with it.

Uh, I may be accused of drinking on the job on that one.

I did not do a very good job as a host.

Uh, part of that was we were playing with some new equipment and I was trying to do too much.

It's, it's kind of funny.

So if you get a chance to listen to it, the tailgate tailgate show, uh, wherever you get your podcast, of course, this one is Bubba on the lake, the one that started it all.

Um, uh,

Hunting season is still going on.

I have not been hunting this year.

Still, you know, recuperating with a knee.

I didn't think I needed to be out there fumbling around in the woods.

But I'm going to try to get a hunt in here in January before it's all over.

Looking forward to that.

And that'll be wrapping up pretty soon, too.

And, you know, I'll be honest with you.

Some of these sunny days have kind of given me a little bit of spring fever.
