And I'll tell you what, it's uh it's uh more than 250 pages, 260 pages maybe.
Uh not difficult at all.
The typeface is kind of large, so it's really nice to read.
And and and there's so much going on here that it is it is uh just a must-have resource.
Here's what he does in the first.
Of four units, sections of the book, he looks at the original Jesus, it's called.
And it's about the New Testament letters and the and uh the gospels, of course.
It's on the four gospels, the book of Acts, and some of the letters.
So it's the New Testament witness, those that knew Jesus, those that were his friends, those that came to follow him closely in those first years.
And what do they say about him?
So if you want a good New Testament vision of the person of Jesus in the four gospels, in the thirteen letters of Paul, you know, other authors uh by by Jewish writers, you know.
Um
the letter of James and and the Hebrews and Peter and so forth.
So you got the original Jesus, he calls it.
That's worth the price of the book right there.
Um although not utterly new, it is just really good to have all the gospel teachings.
About the person and work of Christ in one simple unit.
So in that section, he looks at the at the gospels, he looks at the letters of the New Testament and shows you a bit about who Jesus is, and that's under the rubric of the original Jesus.
The section second one is called the ecclesiastical Jesus, by which he means the Jesus that lives in the midst of the body of Christ.
So it is not church history as such, but it is testimonials of people whose lives were transformed by the person and work of Jesus.
