You know, killed

Resurrected, ascended.

And so Jesus reigns at the right hand of the Father, as that beautiful hymn in Colossians one says, so that he might have preeminence in all things, because all things were made by him anyway.

So he's claiming all things.

So the person of Jesus is always worth talking about.

And even though we read pretty widely here novels and fiction and children's books and poetry, uh, every now and then we got to refocus on the first things of the person of Jesus.

Anyway, there's my little sermon about why we're doing what we're doing today.

I got three books, two brand new.

And one an oldie but goody.

On the person of Jesus.

So for those that are uh not aware of this, probably most people wouldn't, that you and I had a little conversation just the other day talking about the parables of Jesus.

And you have m studied the parables in recent years more than almost anybody I know.

So so thank you for your reminding us of the stories Jesus told.
