Well, I mean, and payroll and cap isn't a panacea.
I don't know if you know this, but the NHL has a cap.
And I know you guys aren't familiar with hockey up there because no team in Canada has won a Stanley Cup since the Montreal Canadiens in the 90s, early 90s.
So this is not a cure-all.
I believe the Canadian people care the most, and yet you have the Stanley Cup...
in places where ice doesn't occur naturally.
