Exactly.
And how do you sleep?
which is a little past sunrise, but pretty ideal.
Yeah.
And I think I honestly think nature intended for that.
That way you could get up for the sunrise.
So like I'm huge.
on getting up for the sunrise it's literally changed my life the ritual the benefits setting a 16-hour time release for melatonin bringing all your hormones online serotonin which is a precursor to melatonin more melatonin melatonin being the most
not a supplement or a gummy, which most people think it is, but actually your body's most potent antioxidant cancer-fighting hormone that is very necessary for repair, detoxing, optimal cognitive function, everything.
Absolutely.
Not only that, but I think the most important thing is, for me at least, what really moved the needle outside of all these other things we practice is getting to the light side of things.
And that's the thing with this brand, Biospectral Systems, why I love them so much is because
They not only like preach nature first, if you can always provide like being outside nature, cutting all artificial light at sunset and using fire or candles.
But at the end of the day, we do like we are in a society where we're always on screens or around artificial light or overheads, fluorescents, going to the gym, laptop, whatever that may be.
So if you need to, you know, adapt to that environment and you can't put nature first, then that's why they made the lenses.
So the daytime, the yellow lenses, they block 100% of blue light.
We were never meant to have artificial blue light as spikes, cortisol, very stressful in the nervous system, your eyes, your brain fatigue, suppresses melatonin, um, because we were never meant to have that isolated blue light, right?
It's always full spectrum sunlight from the sun and blue light is not a bad thing.
Um, when it's full spectrum and it's in the morning, it's spiking your cortisol the correct way, which is why when you go outside and you get it through your eyes, where you have photo receptors in your eyes that send a message to your body's master clock.
That's what's like giving you that Joel in the morning.
