Heck, get a Waymo.
Import one from California and just have a driverless car at your disposal because he's 50 years old and he should seriously know better.
So he rolled his car.
And what happened was he had failed.
He failed like a field sobriety test because he blew triple zeros, meaning he wasn't drinking, but he seemed lethargic and had signs of impairment.
And he's been known to pop some pills.
So I think allegedly that's what everyone's kind of like assuming happened.
He refused the urine test.
And so, you know, the back injuries that he's had ever since 2014 have resulted in him legally using painkillers.
You're not supposed to do a bunch of them and then get behind the wheel of your car.
No, you're certainly not.
And officers charged him.
And when you refuse, it depends state to state, province to province.
But in many places, if you refuse the tests, you then get charged with the crime had the tests have been positive.
So I don't understand the logic there.
But yeah, he could face up to nine months in jail.
Like, this is a serious charge.
