I think I have heard from both staff and industry on, I mean, some struggles in the process, but overall a very good process.

And I think quite frankly, the idea here really is as a government entity,

our developers, our land use process, building and development, they're here to serve our constituents and those who are providing housing for them, businesses for them, development for them.

And obviously when projects take too long, that doesn't serve our constituents well.

So I really appreciate all those who are on that chart, who are involved,

as Mr. Cobras said, is taking, especially those in the industry and the staff as well, because you have a very busy schedule, take your time out of your very busy schedules to participate in this.

I think that's commendable, but it obviously is, it's become,

overly evident that it's very much needed, and to streamline this process, which has been, I think, a frustration on both sides for some time in various areas.

So this seems very comprehensive, and I appreciate the process that was laid out.

The question I really have, what is the expectation, and maybe you mentioned this in your presentation and I missed it,

of how often this will be coming back before this committee and reviewing the various stages and I guess the committees that are meeting and decision making that will be made or discussion that can be had.
