um it is directed towards one landowner and i think that is is not needed and i think that just really puts us in a an awkward position and quite frankly um just because they cite it doesn't really give them any authority whatsoever it just means that at some point the board said hey let's look at let's look at this and economic development is looking at whether it makes sense or not so to

go after one particular landowner because they're being studied in pulling out a separate motion, I think is unprecedented and I'm very uncomfortable with it, quite frankly, so I'm not gonna support this.
