The groundwater, I know there was a lot of talk about the groundwater.
As you can see from what staff put up here, there is, and I'm going to run out of time, but there is, it could be 13,000 all up to 80,000 if we got rezoned in JLMA1 and nothing is not going to happen on this property.
And I do believe that it has fairly been mitigated as mentioned.
A lot of people mentioned, well, this is the wrong place.

JLMA is kind of mixed use.
Mayfair has commercial literally right next to it.
And I just want to point out, the commercial that's there for, and I think there's a lot of fear that's going, the commercial that literally exists is 0.49 FAR.
This is going to be 0.19 FAR.
It's much smaller in terms of the total that is going to exist on this property.
And finally, and I really want to end with this,
Percival has a revenue and a water problem.
They just got downrated from triple A to double A because, quite frankly, the management personally, I wish they would have looked at this.
This is going to provide millions of dollars if they are willing to annex it in the future, and I hope they will.
