As a matter of fact, one of the things that probably persuaded me to support this is during the small business awards, I visited several businesses and you know what they all told me?

And some of these were in Percival, they're going to move to West Virginia, they're going to move to Clark, they're going to move to Winchester because they don't have this kind of space available.

and they weren't part of this application at all, but there's a huge shortage in Percival, and Percival will start losing businesses as well as what's provided here.

I know there was a lot of talk of traffic.

I believe the interchange at 690 and 7 is going to help a lot.

turn lanes, 30-foot right-of-ways, and also one-third of this project is going to be used by JK as storage, long-term storage.

They estimate about 50 vehicles a day for one-third of this project.

So I think the numbers that obviously they were required to give because of VDOT and standards are obviously far overblown.

So I believe it's going to be much less.
