When we face drought conditions, every gallon matters, every drop matters.

And that is why this proposal is alarming.

With the VCC, we don't just lose water, we lose the very character of Western Loudoun.

We lose the country feeling that drew so many of us here.

And let's be honest, a commerce center of this scale is no better than a data center.
