You know, you look at that result today and it shows you exactly why you take the penalties there.

I will say, though, in particular, strategy team did a great job because, you know, Lando started in what, 13th and finished a position behind us.

So, yeah, absolutely blinding job by the strategy team.

When these opportunities present themselves, you've just got to go and grab it, right?

And that's exactly what they did.

That's a stroke of genius, you know, use this early safety car to get rid of the tyres that you had to use, but, you know, weren't particularly the ones you wanted to be on so that you could go long.

Yeah, take that opportunity and look, like I said, it all panned out so well that it's hard to argue against the strategy decisions today.

Yeah, I mean, you know, there's only the track cams that you've got available to you to actually see what's going on with George's car.

You don't necessarily have a view of it directly.

You might be lucky in the tracks like Spa, you might tend to have a couple of people out there scouting weather for you.

And if there happened to be one of those people near where the crash was, you could maybe use one of those to give you an eyeball on it.

But yeah, you don't always know.

But what you do have back in our ops room is you've got, you know,

Tens of people who are all working on the strategy and working in the way that we can get through the race quickest and put ourselves in the best position.

And what's always fascinated me about it is how all of that information has to sort of get funneled through like one point of contact from the factory in Milton Keynes to the circuit.

And then that single point of contact between your race engineer and your driver to sort of make the calls on pit stops and stuff like that.

So, yeah, it's so much that goes into it, into making those calls right.

And I think, you know, strategists, they always get a load of grief if they make one that's not perfect.
