So using some soap that is good for sensitive skin and just

simply lathering up and you know washing that whole area, pubes, testicles, perineum, and head of the penis, uh all in one and rinsing it off and then pulling the foreskin back over the top of the the head of the penis.

Same thing with with drying is pack yourself down.

Uh you don't need to like you don't need to rub and scrub and really use a lot of friction to clean.

You especially like if you're drying

as well.

You don't want to add that that friction from from a towel to that sensitive part of your body.

But just a gentle pat down and yeah, and just and just doing that relatively regularly, probably like once a day.

That depends on the type of study that you're reading.

So there have been studies that have suggested that circumcised penises are less likely to contract and to spread an STIs.

And then there's also been studies to say that it's the other way around, that an uncircumcised penis is less likely.

And then there's also been studies that have found no different.

My personal opinion is that with safer sex practices, regardless of whether you've got

circumcision or not, you'll be able to reduce the risk of STI contraction and spreading.

So I think again, it comes down to education around safer sex practices as opposed to

having an unalterable surgical procedure in order to prevent the spread of a STI.

That's my personal opinion.

So again, another very um contested talking point.

There is some evidence to suggest that what's known as keratization occurs in a circumcised uh penis, the head of a circumcised penis, because there is no, let's say, protection over the glands, which is typically quite a sensitive area of the penis.

That's the the head.
