Nerve endings in the head of the penis become desensitized and become, you know, for want of a better word, calloused because of the constant friction that they're up against.

Uh, but there's also studies to suggest that and anecdotal evidence to suggest that men that do get circumcised start to feel more sensation and more sensitivity after they've had that that adult circumcision.

Part of that could be maybe because there's discomfort and pain.

And so they start to realize that without that discomfort and pain, they're able to tune more into the sensation of pleasure and they're they're more sensitive to the sensation of pleasure.

So it's hard to kind of judge that.

And there's men that that say that there is no difference.

So the area of difficulty orgasming, particularly for cis men, is actually the most understudied and misunderstood area of male sexuality.

We actually don't have a lot of research on it and we don't know a lot about it.

We don't really know a lot of the reasons why.

There's a couple of speculative reasons why men may have trouble orgasming or ejaculating.

It could be a neurological reason.

It could be some nervous system issues.

And so it's not triggering the right ejaculatory reflex.

It could be a psychological issue or psychogenic issue in the sense that this person with a penis doesn't feel safe or they don't feel like they are

in a comfortable enough space to be able to orgasm, to be able to ejaculate.

There's some very minimal research which is kind of found to have a relation to men that have an issue with anxiety and that have

some issues around control as well and being able to let go of control.
