They won't be like PhD teachers of it, but good enough.

So I always say for every skill, whether it's running, you could be a bronze, silver, or gold at running.

Whether it's time management, you could be bronze, silver, gold at time management.

You know, Dan Martell wrote the book, Buy Back Your Time.

He's probably a gold at time management.

You don't need to be a gold at everything, but you at least need to know that it exists.

And then you need to be pretty good at it, which is bronze or really, really good at silver.

When you're at gold, you could teach other people and certify other people in those skills.

What I do with invest in your leaders is at least get everybody to bronze or silver.

Right.

They learn about what they do.

Right.

But they don't learn necessarily about how to do it.
