I've probably had, without hyperbole, without exaggerating, about 80 to 90 hours of training on doing interviews, which means role plays, practicing, being filmed, self-critiquing, self-evaluations, filling out forms, reading books, watching videos, watching other people...

getting people to critique me to the point that I'm like, I don't want to do any more training on interviewing.

I got it.

And I'm still not Jeff smart who wrote the book, who are Brad smart, who wrote top grading.
