Those would be kind of the executive functioning skills.

I'm at about 118 words a minute.
Clinton and Obama were 96 words a minute.
She was like 150.
She didn't have the EQ to notice herself and dial it back.
and then be able to deliver value yeah i think eq is really important you have to you have to you have to be able to absorb yourself and you have to be able to blame yourself a little bit too right it's so easy to blame somebody but there's three fingers pointing back at you yeah when you point a finger i think it's a balance you can't hire an idiot who who knows they're an idiot i'm like you know yeah it's obviously it's hard at certain parts of the company i mean
But they do really well.
It's years.

It's because they all live the same core values that you do.
What's really weird, and people miss this, is you're not trying to hire people like you.
Like my IT team, our IT team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK, nine or 10 of them, they were all Russian.
I didn't have a lot in common with them.
So I didn't really like hang with them, but man, they lived our core values.
So there was a lot of respect between each other.
So you're not trying to hire people like you.
You're trying to hire people that live your core values, are obsessed with your BHAG.
